Hometown: Springdale, MD


High School: C.H. Flowers HS

Bruno was very impressive and dominate on the Offensive line that totaled 446 yards of offense, 228 in the air and 218 on the ground. He graded out at 98% with 4 massive pancake blocks.

FOOD LION QUARTERBACK OF THE WEEK

#4 Steve Williams, Virginia State

Position: QB


Class year: GR.


Hometown: Miramar, Fla.

Williams went 18/34 in the air for 192 yards and two touchdowns. He added eight rushes for 52 yards with a touchdown in VSU 55-12 win over St. Augustine’s University

Hometown: Havelock, NC


High School: Havelock HS

Quinzel Lockhart would be targeted 18 times, for 9 receptions 121 Yards, and pull in 1 Touchdown.

#5 Rashard Jackson, Virginia Union

Position: Running Back


Class year: Senior


Hometown: Leonardtown, MD


High School: Riverdale Baptist

Rashard Jackson rushed for 185 yards and two touchdowns on 32 carries in VUU’s 28-20 win over Livingstone on Saturday.

#17 Justin Fleming, Winston-Salem State
Position: DB


Class year: Junior


Hometown: Greensboro, NC


High School: Southeast Guilford
Justin was on fire yesterday in the Rams 24-7 victory over ECSU. He was impactful in every way possible. He had seven tackles (5 solo), two assists, 2.5 tackles for loss for 10 yards. He also had 2.0 sacks for 9 yards. He also had a forced fumble and blocked a punt.

FOOD LION LINEBACKER OF THE WEEK

#42 Kamaal McMillan, Lincoln (Pa.)

Class year: SO


Hometown: Orlando, FL


High School: Dr.Phillips High School

Defensively, linebacker Kemaal McMillan led the charge for Lincoln with 12 total tackles (8 solo, 4 assisted), a tackle for a loss of 5 yards and issued a forced fumble in the Lions close matchup against the Broncos.

High School: Rolesville High

Camar had a great game for the Rams helping them secure a 24-7 victory over ECSU on Saturday. He had one QB hurry, four tackles (2 solo), 2 assist. He also recorded 2.5 tackles for loss for five yards and he recorded 2.0 sacks for five yards.

Class year: Soph

Matthew went 7 for 8 on PAT’s to help the Trojans win over St. Augustine’s 55-12 this past weekend.

#11 Daylin Lee, WInston-Salem State

Position: QB


Class year: Freshman


Hometown: Shelby, NC


High School: Shelby HS

Daylin Lee had a great game for the Rams helping them secure their first victory and CIAA win. He was 12-for-23 on passing for 132 yards. He also had one touchdown and no interceptions.
