Antonese Tatum Named SAC Volleyball Attacker of the Week

OKLAHOMA CITY – Langston collected its first Sooner Athletic Conference volleyball player of the award as Antonese Tatum hauled in league attacker of the week.

Antonese Tatum provided Langston with a career-best 25 kills against Texas Wesleyan on Friday in Langston, Okla. Tatum picked up eight digs in the four-set setback. Tatum’s career-high performance highlighted a week where she registered 5.36 kills, 2.43 digs and 0.50 blocks a set while posting a .297 hitting percentage.

Tatum rates fourth in the NAIA with 4.50 kills per set to go with 2.39 digs, 0.45 blocks and 0.21 aces a set this year.
